Welcome to Mrs Bumbles

Mrs Bumbles has always been a great all round deli and food shop. It is well known locally and attracts tourists from far afield. It is stuffed to the gills with products and is full of charm and character.

A recent refurbishment has given the place a welcome lift.

You will find everything here – our deli counter is full of meats, cheeses, home made pies and savouries.  We also offer salads, cakes, salami, eggs, hams and bacon. Plus a wide range of Italian products. There’s a big focus on award winning coffees and teas, homemade jams, pickles and chutneys and we make some of the best sausage rolls in the Cotswolds.

We champion small local producers wherever possible.

Owner Sally Colter is an experienced chef and since Spring 2014 has overseen a refurbishment that has give the shop an extended deli-counter and kitchen – much of the produce is now made here. Our made to order baguette counter now offers an even wider choice as does our famous ice-cream counter.

Another thing that sets us apart is our sociable atmosphere – no airs and graces here – Sally and her team are always available to help and advise. We like to see people in the shop eating. Sally’s first motto is “Go on have a taste”.
